Are you passionate about shaping customer experiences through targeted communication and marketing automation? Now you can join a driven customers team as a CRM Marketing Consultant and take charge of customer engagement and loyalty in one or more markets.

As a key member of the CRM team, you'll be at the forefront of crafting effective communication strategies. Collaborating with local market teams, various departments, and leveraging your expertise, you'll contribute to achieving growth targets by increasing customer lifetime value and driving growth metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Create, optimize, and maintain communication templates, rules, and flows for automations and newsletters
  
• Develop, enhance, and personalize digital communication through content improvements and A/B testing
  
• Design and implement segmented campaigns, lifecycle messaging, retention/reactivation activities, and cross-sell/up-sell programs
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including acquisition, stores, supply chain, design, analytics, and category management
  
• Analyze and report on CRM goals and KPIs for your designated markets.
  

Requirements:

We're seeking a candidate who has enthusiasm for CRM, marketing automation, and effective communication strategies. Your experience and skills align with our expectations, and you're motivated by a dynamic and transparent culture.

You should also possess:

• A deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics and the ability to drive impactful marketing activities
  
• Experience with Klaviyo is required.
• Proven experience in CRM, marketing automation, and e-commerce marketing.
• Familiarity with B2C environments and proficiency in MA systems. 
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in A/B testing and optimizing customer communication.
• Adaptability in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings, while maintaining structure and organization.
