Assignment description

Having an active part in the agile transformation for Group IT. This includes for example helping in creating a plan for the transformation, coaching teams and conducting training within agility, product-led thinking, servant leadership. Running kickoff sessions with leadership teams and product teams to get them started in the new mindset and helping them adopting new ways of working in line with our agile guardrails.

Skill requirements

Experience from working as Agile coach and preferably having active part in agile transformations/product-led implementations. Leadership skills, Structured, excellent communicator.  Driven, self-going, communicative, team player, structured.

* Knowledge – high competence within current role.

* Experience – is a role model for other Consultants at a lower level.

* Management – takes responsibility for sub-area, can lead a smaller group.

* Independence – able to work independently.
