About the Role:
As Samsungs Customer Experience Specialist for B2B sites and partner platforms, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the digital journey for our customers and partners. Your mission: to ensure that their digital interfaces are user-friendly, accessible, and enjoyable to navigate. You'll be at the forefront of creating a seamless and positive experience for every visitor.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize Customer Journeys: Take ownership of their enhanced partnership program site and B2B site to improve the customer experience.
- Initiative Execution: Drive and implement initiatives that enhance our digital platforms.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a key contact for internal teams and ensure alignment across all digital initiatives related to EPP and B2B.
- Site Management: Use Adobe Experience Manager to manage and request changes for their sites.
- Customization and Mapping: Explore and implement site customizations to enhance user experience.
About You:
Skills and Experience:
- Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role, working with content management systems (CMS).
- Data-Driven: Proficient in using data to optimize the user journey.
- Project Management: Skilled in managing and following up on projects, including backlog management.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with both technical and design development aspects.
Soft Skills:
- Adaptability: Enjoys quick changes and is a proactive problem solver with attention to detail.
- Networking: Strong interpersonal skills and enjoys building relationships within the company.
- Self-Motivated: Takes initiative and works independently.
- Stakeholder Management: Capable of navigating between requests, dependencies, value, and time.

About the assignment, we prefer project employment
