We are hiring 4 Content Operations Coordinators Consultants – Sweden (Remote/Hybrid)

We are looking for a Content Operations Coordinator to join a high-performing global team supporting the seamless delivery of digital content to millions of users worldwide.
As a Content Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring content partners and internal teams are aligned and that user-facing experiences are smooth, accurate, and on time. You will be part of a global operations function working across multiple time zones, collaborating with cross-functional teams in product, licensing, trust & safety, customer support, and more.
What You'll Do
Review and process a wide range of incoming operational requests with precision and efficiency.
Resolve a high volume of tickets daily and escalate issues when appropriate.
Troubleshoot ingestion and curation-related issues with internal teams and external content providers.
Participate in operational projects, research tasks, and data collection initiatives.
Contribute to continuous improvements in tools, workflows, and documentation.
Collaborate across regions and teams to execute high-priority initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Located in Sweden, fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).
2+ years of experience in the music, podcast, or video industry, preferably with digital platforms or large-scale tech operations.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Experience with tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms.
Ability to work independently, manage time-sensitive issues, and adapt to shifting priorities.
Comfortable with asynchronous collaboration and fast-paced, global workflows.
Bonus: Familiarity with metadata standards such as DDEX or RSS.
