Creative Performance Lead - Retail customer
Role Overview
The Creative Performance Lead defines how creative effectiveness is measured, optimized, and scaled across the organization. By establishing a unified, cross-channel approach to performance, you will bridge the gap between digital, social, influencer, and .com insights to drive superior content decisions and business outcomes.
Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Data, and Product, you are responsible for building the frameworks, tools, and feedback loops that ensure creative output is continuously refined based on real-world performance signals—moving the organization away from isolated metrics toward a holistic intelligence system.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Operating Model: Own the overarching methodology for evaluating content across all channels. Transition teams from ad-hoc analysis to structured, repeatable systems.
Testing Infrastructure: Design and embed a robust experimentation ecosystem (e.g., A/B testing across .com and marketing channels). Ensure hypotheses are prioritized and translated into actionable creative directives.
Insight Feedback Loops: Operationalize frameworks (monthly/quarterly) that transform raw performance data into clear creative direction, feeding directly back into production and campaign planning.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central connector between Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Tech. Influence decision-making by highlighting opportunities in product experience and data strategy.
Tooling & Innovation: Lead the evaluation and implementation of tools—such as AI-driven creative analysis platforms—to scale insights and improve workflow efficiency.
Capability Building: Define best practices and guidelines to upskill teams, making performance insights accessible and embedded into daily creative workflows.
