About the Role

Are you a master of execution who loves bridging the gap between business vision and tech delivery?

We are looking for someone to step into a dynamic role that sits right at the sweet spot between Product Owner and Product Operations. As our new team member, you will ensure our digital-omni features are delivered on time, within scope, and with high impact. You’ll be the glue that holds our cross-functional teams together, turning complex ideas into structured, actionable backlogs.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Delivery: Take ownership of bringing digital-omni features to life. You’ll keep a sharp eye on timelines, scope, and outcomes to ensure we deliver on time.

• Bridge Business & Tech: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translating them into well-defined, prioritized backlogs that guide our engineering teams.

• Connect the Dots: Collaborate across product, tech, operations, content, and commercial teams to make sure everyone is aligned and moving in the same direction.

• Communicate with Impact: Keep stakeholders in the loop with proactive updates on progress, risks, and changes.

• Speak the Language: Use your basic technical understanding to discuss feasibility with engineers, ensuring our solutions are both realistic and impactful.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Backlog & Jira Mastery: Manage, prioritize, and maintain a crystal-clear product backlog (including Jira tickets, user stories, and bugs) together with our Head of Digital Omni Experience.

• Risk & Dependency Management: Track milestones and dependencies, acting early to unblock the team and keep delivery on track.

• Cross-Team Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between Digital Experience, PB Tech, Data, and Operations/SRE. You’ll coordinate cross-team delivery and secure the resources needed to succeed.

• Raise the Bar: Establish and enforce execution standards (like planning templates and readiness checklists) and standardize best practices together with our Business Developer.
